摘要
稻草经氨化，可改善反刍家畜对其的适口性，提高采食量和稻草中能量及非蛋白氮水平。从而提高了牛的产奶量和乳的稠度，具有一定的实用和推广价值。
The ammoniated straw can improve sapidity of cud chewer,and increase feed intake,the level of energy and nonprotein.Therefore,the milk yield and the concentration of milk of cow in milk secretion were increased.The technique would have a certain value of application and popularization.
