摘要
为研究紫外线辐射和充氧对体外健康血cAMP、cGMP、β2微球蛋白(β2mG)、IgA和IgG的影响,用放射免疫法测定了健康血紫外线辐射和充氧前后(各44份标本)血浆中上述物质的含量。结果,紫外线辐射和充氧前后比较,血浆cAMP±17.2(13.55±5.17对38.95nmoI/L,P<0.01)和CGMP(2.79±1.43对3.37±1.17nmol/L,P<0.05)明显升高,IgA则明显降低对(1.32±0.62对0.87±0.35g/L,P<0.01),β2mG和IgG均无明显变化(P>0.05),血型O、A、B和AB之间上述血浆物质的变化,无明显差异。提示紫外线辐射和充氧可影响体外血浆cAMP、cGMP和IgG水平,这为该方法的临床应用提供了依据。
In order to destermine if ultraviolet
irradiated&oxygenated blood affects the plasma values of cAMP,cGMP,β2mG,IgA&IgG in
healthy blood in vitro,the above plasma values of cAMP et al were assayed by
radioimmunoassay before & after ultraviolet irradiation(times before &after wards ).Following
ultravio-let,the plasma values of cAMP(38.95±17.20 vs 13.55±5.17nmol/L,P<0.01);cGMP(3.37
±1.17 vs2.79±1.43nmol/L,P<0.05)were higher,and IgA(0.87±0.35 vs 1.32±
0.62g/L,P<0.01)was lower;there were no marked changes in β2 mG&IgG. The changes of above
cited plasma values in group O blood were not markedly different from those in group A,B or
AB. The above data showed that ultravio-let blood affects quite a number of the var-ious above
cited plasma levels,offering a theoretical basis for its clinical applica-tion.
