Nd：YAG激光虹膜周边切除术102例临床观察

Clinical observatcon of 102 cases of Neodymium YAG Laser Irideetomy.

对１０２例１２０眼青光眼进行了Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光虹膜切除术，全部透切成功，经过１至３０个月的观察，１１３眼激光孔开放，有效地解除了瞳孔阻滞。对Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光技术操作进行了讨论，并对不影响视功能的常见并发症，如激光后一过性眼压增高、轻度周边部角膜局限性混浊，以及少量虹膜出血进行了讨论。

Indectomy in 120 eyes of 102 patients with glaucoma were performed Success-fully by Nd: YAG Laser. 113 of the 120 eyes remained open in followedup forl to 30 months,and the pupilary block was relieved.The tech-nique involved,and the common complications which did not affat the vision included postoper-ative hypertensive response in IOP,Slight Local opacity in the peripheral cornea,and mild it is hemorrhage were discusssed.
