摘要
本文从地勘单位经营管理的特点着手,运用系统论的观点归纳和提炼出一套完整的经济责任制体系。即由经济、生产技术、管理一服务等组成。每个系列依其不同的特点采取了不同的经济责任形式和管理办法。
Having an eye to the managerial features of the geological and prospecting units, the author, by applying the systems theory, generalized a comple- te set of economic responsibility systems, consisting of various systems that go for the fields of economy, technology, management and service, and so on, each series having a different form and different method of management according to its own features.
