矿产资源勘查开发项目的宏观抉择,要充分利用国内外两种资源和两个市场。根据矿产资源的余缺程度和国际市场的供求状况,对于出口、进口,可进可出和不进不出四类矿产资源,应采取不同的对策进行了分析。
To make a macro-decision on the development projects of mineral resources, it is necessary to make use of the resources and marketsboth at home and abroad. Mineral resources as a whole can be divided into four categories, namely, the exportable, the importable, the either importable or exportable and the neither importable nor exportable. Different policies should be taken for different policies in the light of their supplying capacity and the state of the international market. An analysis in this respect is given in the essay.
