地质体制改革中单项改革措施突进,不可能取得改革成效,当前应把“地质工作社会化”提上工作日程。作者主张地质工作社会化应包括:经营、服务目标社会化;资金社会化;劳动社会化;资源开发利用社会化;工作、生活和思维方式社会化。
It is impossible for the geological departments to make any remarkable achievements by independent restructuring without coordinated reforms in other fields. Therefore the socialization of geological work as a whole should now be put on the agenda. The author maintains in his treatise that the socialization of geological work should include socialization of its operation, its range of service, its sources of funds and labor, its exploitation of resour- ces, as well as its way of work, life and thinking.
