摘要
文章认为现行的固定工制度不适应发展商品经济的要求,不利于生产资料和劳动力的最佳结合,不利于充分调动劳动者的积极性,束缚了生产力的发展。文章就搞活固定工制度的目标模式及推行的方式方法作了阐述。
The essay holds that the existing permanent-staff system can not meet the needs of developing commodity economy, nor is it suitable for the best combination of the means of labor and manpower, or helpful to bringing the laborers＇ enthusiasm into full play, thus clipping the wings of the productive forces. The essay also elaborates on a model aimed at invigorating the systme and the ways and methods for its r alization.
