本文主要介绍一个综合地质大队面临地勘费不足,富余人员多的困境,如何实现多角化经营的做法,并对实践中所遇到的安置效益与经济效益关系的问题,和对多角经营单位继续优化等问题提出如何认识和处理。
The article introduces how a geological team succeeded in diversifying its business when faced with insufficient prospecting funds and redundant manpower. Comments on the relation between the arrangement of surplus manpower and economic results and suggestions for further improving the management of the units engaged in multi-business operation are put forward.
