摘要
资源成为全人类面临的三个重大课题之一,是因为在各种生产要素中,唯独自然资源是有限的。而矿产资源由于是工业资源、不可再生以及与环境关系更为密切,具有更加特殊的意义。中国资源相对不足,而且贫矿多、共生矿多,更需要重视矿产资源的合理利用与保护。要努力促进经济效益和资源利用效益的统一。
Among all production factors, natural resources are the only ones that are limited in amount. This makes them to be one of the major problems Confronting the whole of mankind. Moreover, mineral resources which are the resources of industry possess even greater significance on account that they cannot be regenerated and are closely related to environment. Since China is comparatively insufficient in mineral resources. and great part of the ores are lean and paragenic, more attention must be attached to rational uti- lization and protection of the resources and strive to intargrate utilization with better economic results.
