摘要
文章运用系统工程三维立体结构体系,提出地质科学的发展应该实行教学-科研-生产联合体的体制结构。依据现代科学组织学的原理和地质工作现状,提出地矿部门的地质队要打破狭隘的行业界限,改革旧的系统,实行找矿勘探-开发利用结合的统一运行机制。文章最后提出,地质工作的服务领域要扩大,地质找矿的功能和作用要延伸。要加强矿产资源开发利用中的选、冶,加工试验研究,要从战略高度来开展农业地质、大环境地质等多种科学技术领域的工作,开发多种经营,要充分发挥自己的技术优势和全方位开发服务的能力。
Applying the theory of systems engineering the essay holds that, in geological development, it is necessary to adopt an organizational structure that combines teaching, scientific research and production, and that geological teams should apply a system co-ordinating mineral prospecting with mine development. The author finally suggests that geological work should widen its scope of operation, extend its line of business, and enhance disci- plinary studies such as agricultural geology and environmental geology, so as to give full play to its professional skills as a strategic move.
