调整产业结构是地矿部门求生存发展的唯一出路,而片面追求产值、追求速度,偏重外延扩大再生产,忽视发挥地勘专业技术优势以及投资效果差等问题的出现,对投资的膨胀则是一种强有力的刚性推动。因此,必须预筹早计,积极寻找对策,方能把地勘产业结构的调整工作引上正轨。
The only way out for the geological and prospecting units to survive and develop is to adjust the structure of the industry., At present, however, geological teams put undue emphasis on output, speed and expanded reproduction of extentional business, while ignoring giving full play to their professional technical advantage and pay less attention to investment results. All these are unfavorable to optimizing the industrial structure. The essay ends by putting forward eight suggestions on the adjustment of the industrial structure of geological and prospecting units.
