摘要
本文结合第六分公司劳动体制改革的实践,列举了他们在优化劳动组合中出现的“亲缘组合”、女工落聘多、老弱病孕无归处、富余人员难安置、思想工作跟不上等问题,并提出了他们所采取的解决办法和对策。
With the No. 6 Branch of the No. 1 Geological and Prospec-ting Corporation as an example, the articles lists the problems arisen from opti-mizing the labor organization, such as“clanship combination”; more women unappointed, little room for the old, the weak, the sick, the pregnant and the redundant; insufficient ideological education and so on. Remedies applied to solve these problems are introduced.
