摘要
本文报道了苯黄隆的急性毒性、刺激性、微核、睾丸染色体畸变试验研究结果。苯黄隆对大白鼠经口、经皮ＬＤ＿（５０）＞５０００毫克／公斤；对眼有轻度刺激作用，对皮肤无刺激作用；微核和睾丸染色体畸变试验结果均为阴性。
The toxicity of tribenuron-methyl was studied,in-cluding acute toxicity,irritation,micronucleu and testis chro-mosome assay.Its LD_(50) was more than 5000mg/kg for rats byoral and dermal administration.There was slight irritate toeyes but to skin for rabbits.The result of micronucleu andtestis chromosome assay were negative.
