摘要
本文结合湖南省地矿局经济体制改革的进程和取得的成效,对十年来地质工作体制改革作了回顾,指出改革已使我国地质事业冲破了僵化的模式,开始了由产品经济向有计划商品经济的转换,结束了长期封闭僵化的局面,促进了生产力的发展。文章还就当前改革所面临的困难作了分析,提出了进一步深化改革的意见。
The article reviews the past decade of geological reform with the example of the Geological and Mineral Resources Bureau of Hunan Province—its progress and chievements. It points out that China＇s geological work has broken through the rigid model of product economy and is heading for plan-ned commodity economy. The refrom has ended the long period of stagnancy and promoted productivity. The article also analyzes the barriers faced at present and made proposals for deepening the reform.
