摘要
本文分析了我国地质体制目前所具有的阶段性特征,并对地质体制改革发展前景进行了估计。笔者认为,今后的改革只有继续沿着“地质市场—地质企业—国家”和“国家—地质市场—地质企业”两个目标发展,才能使地质队走出困境。
With an analysis of the characteristics of the present geolo-gical system, the essay makes a preview of the future pros(?)pects of its restruc-turing, maintaining that the only way to free the geological and prospecting units from their difficult situations is to carry forward the reform along the lines of“geological market-geological enterprises-the state”or“the state-geological market-geological enterprises”.
