摘要
本文从研究队办多种经营企业所有权着手,分析了所有制形式混乱带来的弊端,即产权不清和相互侵占经济利益。从而提出了确定所有权的原则,以及不同所有制的企业的管理方法。
In viow of the maladies brought about by the confusion of different forms of ownership in muit i-business enterprises run by the geological and prospecting units, such as indistinct property rights and encroachirent of each other＇s economic interests, the author puts forward some principles for making clear the limits of ownership as well as ways for managing enterprises of different ownership systems.
