摘要
本文认为当前发展地质市场的制约因素是:社会对矿产资源有偿占用的认识不高,未能建立完善的地质市场价格体系,地质队伍技术素质和工艺水平落后,经营管理水平不高,和未建立起完善的信息系统等。地质市场发展:一是要建立松散的网络化的经济协作体;二是要走地质勘查、矿产开发、加工利用“三位一体化”的系列道路;三是参与国际地质市场竞争。当前重点要提高队伍素质,有步骤地使部分地勘单位企业化。
nThe author thinks that the problems which restrained the development of the geological market at present include the following factors: the significance of charging compensational fees on exploitation and utilization of mineral resources has not been fully recognized; the price system of the geological market is still imperfect; the quality of the geological work force is not satisfactory and the technology applied remains backward; inefficiency in business management; and lack of an ideal information system. To develop the geological market it is necessary first to establish a loosely-organized network of economic coordination, second, to take the road of combining geological prospecting with mineral development and utilization, and third,to take part in competition in the international geological market.Presently, however stress should be put on raising the quality of the work force and realize enterpriz ation of part of the geological and prospecting units step by step.
