本文在基本展示乡镇矿业发展现状与问题的同时,分析了影响乡镇矿业发展的内外界因素,进而对乡镇矿业办矿模式提出了探索性意见,并明确为保障乡镇矿业稳定、健康发展,须改善乡镇办矿的内外部条件,包括加强法治、搞好统筹规划、完善政策配套、加强宏观管理、改进企业管理、搞好技术培训等。
