摘要
本文就目前地勘单位内部承包存在的承包指标难以合理确定,和“以包代管”,分配不公、承包人与职工关系紧张等问题进行了分析,并对完善内部承包的途径提出了个人的几点意见。
The article analyzes the problems arisen from internal contractual management of geological and prospecting units, such as difficulty in determining reasonable norms in contracting, abondonment of administra-tive control after contracting, unfair income distribution, and tension between contractors and employees. Suggestions to improve the situation are proposed.
