摘要
西川水电站第二次扩建中,因厂房扩建受地形条件制约而机组无法按正常尺寸布置的情况下,采用了弯曲型尾水室出水和对旧厂房屋顶加翻梁悬吊次梁的技术措施,有效地解决了扩建中的机组布置问题,并避免了拆除原厂房屋盖,既保证了原厂房机组的正常运行,又以较少的投资、较快的速度完成了新机组的增容扩建任务。经41年多的运行证明该两项技术措施简单、有效,达到了节约投资、安全可靠的目的。
At the second extension of Xichuan Hydropower Plant, the extension of its power house was restricted by the topographic condition, and the layout of the generation set could not accord with the normal dimensions. Therefore the two following technical measures were adopted: 1. the elbow draught chamber ; 2. at the roof of the old power house, the overturn-beams hanging junior beams were added. Thus, the problem of the layout of the generatiog set was soloved effectively, and the removing of the old power house roof was avoided.Not only the normal operation for the generation set in the old power house was guaranteed, but also the extension task for enlarging capacity of the new generation set was completed with a higher speed and less capital cost. The operation of more than four years have proved that these two technical measures were simple, effective, less capital cost, safe and reliable.
