反相高效液相色谱法测定混合制剂中辛硫磷和久效磷的含量

Determination of Phoxim and Monocrotophosin Mixture by Reverse Phase HPLC

采用以７Ｏ％甲醇为流动相的反相高效液相色语法测定混配乳油中的辛硫磷和久效磷，以外标法定量。结果表明：辛硫磷和久效磷含量测定的平均回收率分别为１ＯＯ．２６％和９９．０３％，６次重复测定的变异系数分别为０．７５％和０．８４％。产品中的杂质与有效成分分离完全，对测定无干扰。

The content of phoxim and rnonocrotophos inmixed ernulsifiaHeconcentrate was determined bv means ofreverse phase HPLC,The results showed that the average re-coveries of phoxirn and rnonocrotophos were 100.26%and99.03%,the coefficients of variation were 0.75%and 0.84%respectively according to 6 repeated rneasurements,the impuri-ties were clearly seperated from active ingredients and the ana-lvtical time for l in lection was about 6 minutes
