Synthesis of 2-Methoxycarbonyl-3- sulfamoyl Thiophene

２，３－二氯丙腈与巯基乙酸甲酯反应，得到３－氨基－２－羧甲基噻吩，后经重氮化、磺酰氯化、胺化，得到２－羧甲基－３－磺酰胺基噻吩。

Dichloropionitrile reacted with thioglycollicacid methyl ester to give 3-amino 2-methoxycarbonyl thio-phene,which then was treated by diazotization, chlorosul-fonylation and ammonolysis leading to formation of 2-methoxycarbonyl-3-sulfamoyl thiophene in high yield.
