摘要
本文介绍了高效液相色谱分析除草王可湿性粉剂有效成分甲黄隆、苄嘧黄隆、乙草胺含量的方法，采用ＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ色谱柱，以水和甲醇作流动相，在２５４纳米下检测，外标法定量。甲黄隆、苄嘧黄隆、乙草胺变异系数（％）分别为０．７４、０．６３、０．８１，线性相关系数分别为０．９９８２、０．９９９５、０．９９９６，保留时间分别为４．８、８．５、１５．５分。
n this paper,a high performance liquid chromatog-raphy method to determine three active ingredients of Chu-caowang consisting of metsulfuron,bensulfuron and acetochlorwas described.Using Shim-Pack CLC-ODS column,ultravioietabsorption detector(254nm),methanol:water(acidified byacetic acid to pH3)=70:30, as mobile phase. The variationcoefficient were 0.75%,0.63%and 0.81%,retention timewere 4.8,8.5 and 15.5 minutes, respectively.
