摘要
经高效液相色谱法测定,最小检知量为1×10 ̄-9克,麦面中最低检知浓度为0.05毫克/公斤,土壤中为0.025毫克/公斤。麦面中回收率为75.5~79.8%,变异系数为3.53~5.94%;土壤中回收率为101.0~106.2%,变异系数为4.43~6.16%。
The residue of tribenuron-methyl was determinedby high performance liquid chromatography.The detectionlimit was as low as 1×10 ̄-9 grams,and the minimal quantita-tions in wheat flour and soil were 0.05 and 0.025 mg/kgseperately, recoveries in wheat flour and soil were from75.5%to 79.8%and 101. 0 to 106.2%respectively,their co-efficients of variation ranged from3.53 to 5.94%and 4.43 to 6.16%seperately.
