摘要
本文报道用正相高效液相色谱法，以乙腈、石油醚、氯仿、异丙醇、甲醇等混合溶剂为流动相，以邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯为内标物，对苯黄隆可湿性粉剂进行了定量分析。本方法的变异系数为０．４５％，回收率为９９．３０～１００．１３％，线性相关系数为０．９９９９。
The quantitative analysis of tribenuron wettablepowder by HPLC with the mixture of methyl-cyanide,petroleum ether,chloroform,isopropyl alcohol and methanolas mobile phase and isodioctyl phthalate as internal standard,was developed. The variation coefficient,recovery and coeffi-cient of linear correlation were 0.45%,99.30～100.13%and0.9999 respectively.
