摘要
本文建立板(板体)-板(汽叶)-板(外缘)加二个焊接接头的力学模型,并用二维有限元法计算焊接隔板的挠度,得到的结果更接近于实际,本文中对主焊缝的影响也作了定量分析。
This paper establishes the mechanical model of plate(inner body)-plate (nozzle)-plate (out ring) with two welded joints and recommends a method of deflection calculation of welded diaphragm based on two-dimensional finite elements method obtaining results more proximate to the practical data.Quantitative analysis of influences of main welds on deflection of diaphragm are discussed as well.
