小地老虎的抗药性及几种增效剂增效作用的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文从1988至1994年监测了小地老虎对3类9种常用杀虫剂的敏感性变化。结果表明:除敌百虫发展了中等水平抗性外,其他8种杀虫剂仅有低水平抗性或仍敏感;抗性倍数随不同年份而上下波动;增效剂XV_1、S_2、NIA-16388对具有抗药性的农药氰戊菊酯和敌百虫增效显著,而对无抗性的溴氰菊酯和甲胺磷无明显增效作用,这表明小地老虎对这些药剂的抗性可能与多功能氧化酶和酯酶活性增高有关。根据触杀毒力和抗性现状,溴氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氟氰菊酯和克百威等高效杀虫剂仍是防治小地老虎的优良药剂。 From 1988 to 1994,the insecticide resistances ofAgrotis ypsion collected form Nanjing,jiangsu Province,weredetected,Several synergists were also used to test the syner-gistic effect to insecticides.The results indicated that A. yp-silon was low resistant or susceptible to nearly all tested insec-ticides except trichlorphone developed moderate resis tance.The susceptibilities of A. ypsilon, to insecticied wnre fluctuatedduring the monitoring period. The synergists SV_1 ,S_2 and NIA-16388 can not increase the cantact toxcicities of deltamethrinand methamidopbos(which were susceptible)to the black cut-worm .but can obviously increase the contact toxicities of fen-valerate and tricholrpbn(which have been developed 71 and17.4-fold resistance ratio).Tbose results indicated that the in-crease of activitives of microsomal mixed function oxidase and esterase might be involved in the resistance mechanisms of theblack cutworm. According to the resuIts of resistant levels andcontact toxicities experiments,del tamethrin,cyhalothrin,cypemethrin,carbofuran and phoxim were recommended as theeffective insecticides for controlling black cutworm in the com-ing several years.
