气相色谱法测定速灭威、异丙威时分解规律的研究

Study on Decomposition Regularity of GasChromatography Determinati on of MIPC andMTMC

本文采用硅酮ＯＶ－１７为固定液，正十六烷为内标物，就速灭威和异丙威在气相色谱测定中的分解规律进行了研究，着重考察了汽化室温度、柱温、载气流速等方面的变化对分解的影响规律，找出了最佳色谱条件。

Using OV-17as stationary phase and hexadecaneas internal standard of gas chromatography,the decompositionregularities of MIPC and MIMC were studied.By changinggasifing temperature, column temperature and carried gasspeed,decomposition effect of the samples was determined,theoptimum condition was obtained.
