摘要
在南京地区大豆田间增加紫外线辐照的试验表明,紫外辐射剂量的增大对大豆的生长、发育和产量的形成,都具有不同程度的影响。三种增强紫外辐射处理分别为0.15,0.35和0.70W·m ̄(-2),其中以0.70W·m ̄(-2)处理的影响最为显著,0.35和0.70Wm ̄(-2)处理也较明显地使植株发生矮化,使根、茎、叶的生长和干物质的累积受抑,使大豆的各项产量性状指标下降,并且推迟大豆的开花、结荚和成熟。
Abstract Effects of supplemental ultraviolet A and B radiation based upon thenatural solar UV radiation in Nanjing area on the growth,development,and seed vield of soybean were studied Soybean showed the severest res-ponse to the ultraviolet radiation of 0. 70 W m ̄(-2). When treated at the dosesof 0.15, 0.35 and 0. 70Wm ̄(-2). Treatment with UV radiation of 0.35 and0.70 W m ̄(-2) . Significantly inhibited the growth of leaves stems and roots,decrased the total biomass, and caused the reduction of seed yield.It was also found the delaying of flowering, podding, and ripening inthe two groups The possible factors of UV radiation affecting soybeanwere given in the paper.
