摘要
论述了拖拉机室内强化加载快速可靠性试验加载技术，对强化理论和加载技术进行了研究，对强化因素的选择、强化系数的大小、载荷谱的组成和加载的顺序等技术问题进行了探讨，同时还阐明了加速系数与样本容量、试验应力、加载顺序之间的关系，最后给出了试验中所采用的加载试验时间。对试验过程中出现的故障进行了分析处理，拆检结果证实所采用的加载技术和方法是正确的，有一定的应用推广价值。
In this paper,the loading technology of indoor accelerated reliability of an entire set tractor is discussed.the intensification theory and methods are studied,the selection of intensification element,the amount of intensification coefficient,the structure of load-spectrum and sequence of loading are also studied,the relation of acceleration coefficent with testing sample capacity，test load,loading sequence are researched,an l85.3 hour indoor accelerated reliability test under intensified loads has been conducted.After finishing the test,the disassembling inspection of the gearbox was also conducted to verify testing intensification theory and methods to be right.
