湿式摩擦片无因次结构参数理论最优解

THEORETICAL OPTIMIZATION OF NON-DIMENSIONAL GEOMETRIC PARAMETER OF WET MULTIPLE DISCS CLUTCH AND BRAKE

根据湿式多片离合器与制动器的工作特性，综合机械和热力学因素，提出了无因次结构参数的评价指标；利用数值方法求得理论最优解，揭示了无因次结构参数影响离合器与制动器工作性能的内在规律。数值解与试验统计结果相吻合，表明理论分析正确、有效。

Abstract Based on the operating conditions of wet multiple discs clutch and brake,this paper con-siders the mechanical and thermodynamical factors and presents the evaluation criterion ofnon-dimensional geometric parameter.The theoretical optimization of non-dimensional geo-metric parameter has been given by numerical method,which reveals the natural effect rule ofnon-dimensional geometric parameter on the performance of wet multiple discs clutch andbrake. The theoretical result is compatible with the static data of wet multiple discs clutchesand brakes in use.
