摘要
为了更好地控制玉米芯汽化器的产气质量,有必要研究玉米芯的挥发特性。通过实验,研究了玉米芯的挥发份析出过程和特性,提出了在高温下玉米芯的挥发过程满足Arrhenius定律的假定,并由实验证实是可行的,并且得出了相应的热化学动力学参数。
In order to control the gas quality of a corncob gasifier more effectively,the devolatiliza-tion process and its characteristics of corncobs were studied.A hypothesis of corncobs de-volatilization at high temperature in Arrhenius form was developed,and the relevant parame-ters were obtained through tests. The Arrhenius form volumetric model was shown as follow:where,W_∞ total volatile content of corncobs W the volatile having pyrolyzed from corncobsτ heating time K apparent frequency factor E apparent activation energy R gas constant T temperature of corncobs The experimental data showed that at a heating temperature 400~600℃,W_∞,k and Ewere constant. The values of these parameters were:W_∞=80%total weight of corncobs K=1.1×10 ̄51/S E/R=8500K
