摘要
在前人研究基础上,用实验法在室内专用试验台架上对玉米果穗剥皮辊型及其主要运动与结构参数进行多指标正交试验,以求进一步摸清各参数对剥皮性能影响程度及其变化规律,寻求较优参数组合,为研究设计玉米果穗剥皮机械提供科学依据。
On the basis of predecessors,research,on the indoor professional test rig varied targetsorthogonal experiment of the type of husking roll and its angle of inclination and rotatingspeed,as well as the clearance and rotating speed of the suppressor were carried out.And al-so the unit element experiments of changing the rotating speed and angle of the husking rollwere done. The results of the test show that the type of the husking roll makes a notable im-pact on the rate of broken;the rotating speed of the husking roll makes a notable impact onthe productivity;the type of the husking roll makes notable impacts on the rate of huskingcompletely and the rate of fallen grain;the angle of the roll makes notable impacts on the rateof husking completely and the rate of broken。According to the analysis,the best combinationis:the type of the husking roll is type B,its rotating speed is 300~350r/min,its angle of in-clination is 10°。The clearance of the suppressor is 20~30mm,the rotating speed of the sup-pressor is 35~45r/min。
