摘要
针对等滑切角型动刀片在9ZP─1.6型铡草机上采用二次回归正交试验设计方法进行了试验,得到了影响切碎器剪切功率消耗的回归数学模型,并在该模型的基础上进行了优化设计,找到了使切碎器剪切功率消耗为最小的最佳因素搭配组合,最后验证了优化结果的准确性。对生产和设计有一定的参考价值。
There are three factors which can be changed in order to save the chopper′s energy con-sumption in cutting green forage stalks: the cutting angle, the height of the cutterheadshaft, and the turning speed of the knives.Applying the quadratic regressive orthogonal de-sign to arrange the experiments, and based onthe dynamic measuring and computer dataprocessing,a mathematical model equation has been established representing the power con-sumption of the cutterhead. Moreover,theoptimization design method was employed toachieve a best, realistic and feasiable plan of cooperation parameters. Through the verifingtest 20% energy could be reduced.
