柱塞式压块机压块成形理论分析与试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 对锯末、秸秆等物料的压块成形原理进行了探讨与分析,研究了压模筒内物料所受轴向压应力与径向压应力之间的关系及其沿压模筒长度的分布;还推出了活动压模筒的柱塞压力与压模筒夹紧力之间的关系。本文用锯末进行了压块试验研究,得出了压块机功率、柱塞压力与饼块密度的回归关系,还验证了活动压模筒的柱塞压力与压模筒夹紧力之间的关系。 This article has initially explored and analysed the compressing-formation principle andcompressing process of wasted materials such as wood powder and straw, as well as analysedthe forces which exerted on wafers in the die, and got three results, the first is the relation-ship between the axial stress and the radial stress, the second is these two stresses distribu-tion along the length of die, the third is the relationship between the piston-pressure andclamping force on the unclosed-die seperated from the die axis. The experiment research on the compressing-formation of wood powder was made. Theregression relationship between the power of the waferer and the wafer density, the regres-sion relationship between the piston-pressure and wafer density were got. We verified the re-lationship between the piston-pressure and clamping force onthe unclose-die seperated fromthe die axis.
