摘要
给出了描述旋耕刀曲面形状特征的3个角度参数:滑切角、起土角及偏切角,对比研究了日本典型旋耕刀FT803及Y151和我国国家标准旋耕刀ⅡT245的这3个角度参数值,指出了旋耕刀曲面形状对其耕作性能和功耗的影响。
In order to describe the shape characteristics of the rotary blade surface ,the slide-cutting angle ,the soil-lifting angle and the soil-deflecting angle were adopted in this paper. The threeangles of the two typical Japanese blades FT803 and Y15l and of the Chinese standard bladeⅡT245 were analyzed and discussed in detail;Also,the effects of the shape characteristicson the tillage performance and on the energy consumption of tillage were pointed out。
