摘要
驱动式圆盘犁是80年代新出现的节能型耕作机具。采用专门制作的试验装置对驱动式耕作圆盘的外载六分力进行了田间测定,在2类3种土壤中测得了不同转速、不同耕速、不同偏角及耕深条件下的六分力数据并进行了分析,将其与被动式圆盘进行了对比。归纳出六分力的变化规律及典型土壤条件下的六分力数据,所得结果可作为驱动式圆盘犁设计的依据。
The driving disk plow is a new energy saving tillage machine. In this paper a specific testmachine was applied to field measuring the six components of outer load on the driving diskplow. In two classic soil,the data of the six components in different turning speed,tillagespeed ,deviation angle and tillage depth were obtained and analysed.They were comparedwith the drawn disk.We have turned out the six components variation. Moreover,we havesummarized the data of the six components on the typical soil condition. These results couldbe used as the design basis of driving disk plow.
