摘要
利用应变式扭转传感器,根据转动惯量的可加性,通过用共振法测一阶固有频率的方法,测取扭转传感器自身的转动惯量和抗扭刚度系数以及剪羊毛机各零部件的转动惯量。结果证明这种方法是有效的,且有足够的精度。
Based on the summability of inertia moment,the authors measured the inertia momentand the torsion stiffness coefficient of the torsion strain transducer itself as well as the inertiamoment of some part and assembly of the shearhead by measuring the first natural frequencyof the torsion strain transducer.The testing result proved that this method is feasible,effec-tive and sufficiently accurate.
