摘要
本文结合实际工作，提出了农业科研项目跟踪管理的方法，并从三个阶段进行跟踪管理，即科研立项管理、项目实施中的管理和项目结束后的验收、鉴定、报奖、资料归档等一系列过程的管理，指出了各阶段跟踪管理的主要环节及考评指标，为农业科研项目管理提供了规范化、定性定量化的现代化管理办法。
Abstract In this paper, author pointed out some effective tracing management measures in project management of agricultural research and suggested that tracing management should be carried out in three stages i.e.in application, implementation and summarization of project. The details and major criteria for examing and evaluation in each stage of tracing management provide projects with standrad, qualitative and quantitative and modern management methods.
