摘要
四川盆东边缘贫困山区的奉节县，坚持实施“优化资源配置调结构，突出规模开发建基地，深度加工转化快增值，加快培育市场活流通”的开发战略，走出了一条具有贫困山区特色的坚持自力更生为主，国家启动为辅的“三高”农业发展之路。
Abstract Fongji county,located at poverty and mountainous areas of east edge of Sichun Basin, by insistion on a series of effective developing policies, found out a suitable way for poverty and mountainous areas to develop 'high-quality, high-yield and high-efficieray' agriculture.
