摘要
文章论述了社会主义市场经济条件下，原来的管理体制下实体暴露出许多矛盾，对这些矛盾进行了分析，并根据当前我国的大政方针和农业科研单位经济实体的现状与特点，提出了进行股份制企业改造的设想。
Abstract Uunder socialist market economy,many contradictions are exposed in the emites due to the former administrative system. In this paper,the contradictions are analyzed,and the tentative plan of carrying out stock system to transform the enterprises is I)ut forward according to the policies of our country at present and the current situation and characteristics of the economic entities of agricultural scientific research institutes.
