摘要
根据变质量热力系统的理论,在分析研究油、气、机体、转子间的换热效应及其参数关系的基础上,建立了换热的数学模型。同时考虑制冷工质的真实性及在油中的溶解度,对典型机器进行了模拟计算,模拟结果与实测值吻合较好,最大误差小于4%,这证实了模拟计算的可靠性、实用性;该换热模型可正确反映螺杆制冷压缩机的微观热力过程。
On the basis of the variable mass thermodynamic system theory and an analysis ofthe effect of heat exchange between oil,gas,casing and rotors and the relationship between parameters,a mathematical model of the heat exchange was set up,with consideration ofrefrigerant's reality and its solubility in oil.Modelling calculation was carried out on a prototype machine.The results have a fair consistence with experimenal data,with an error below 4%.The modelling are verified in reliability and practicability and the model is thought to depict fairly the micro-thermodynamic process in screw compressor for refrigeration.
