摘要
本文以冷风机蒸发器普遍采用的矩形平翅片管作为比较对象,对三种不同片型的新型翅片管在吸风式直流风洞中进行了空气外掠单排翅片管的对比性实验研究。研究结果表明:在最窄截面风速Wmax=4~9m/s的范围内,V型槽翅片管的换热性能最优,以下依次为轮辐型槽翅片管、条型槽翅片管,且均优于平翅片管。本文的结论对更新空调及制冷工程中普遍采用的矩形平翅片管换热器具有一定的实用价值,对其它类型换热器的改造也具有参考意义。
Comparative experiments with single row finned tubes normal to air flow in a wind tunnel reveals the differences between the three fins with V shaped slot,radius slot and strap slot and the simple fin that is usually used in the evaporator tubes of air-coolers.The results show that,in the range 4 to 9 m/s of air velocity on the minimum flow area,the tube with V shaped slot fins are the best in heat exchange property,followed successively by the tube with radius and strap slot fins and all the three better than the plain fin,which suggests redesigning and improving existing heat exchangers that usually contain plain fin tubes.
