This paper explains the idea for developing the integrated HV& AC software and several problems to be solved in the development,sets up and discusses in detail a mathematical model using computer in HV& AC engineering design on the basis of analysing design practice,and proposes the design method with integration of calculation and drawing. It also touches some principles and methods for developing the integrated HV& AC software.
