摘要
本文介绍了菜油脂及酸甲酯及其衍生物，并对它们改性反应原理及方法作了阐述，最后分析了以甲酯为主要原料生产的皮革加脂剂的应用特性。应用结果表明，菜油脂肪酸甲酯是一种优良的具有很好前景的皮革加脂剂生产原料，加脂剂产品可赋于皮革优良的性能。
The esterification exchange reaction of rape oil with methyl alcoholoccurred,in the presence of catalyst,to give rape fatty acid methylate.Further reactions such as sulphation,sulfonation,esterification ex-change,amidation should be followed to make the combined product fat-ty acid methylate derivatives. Leather fatliquored with this derivativehas many good properties,for instance,rapid penetration,good levelnessand lower amount applied,including the excellent fatliquoring character-istics of the naturai vegetable oils.
