双股静脉畸形的原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of primary valvalar incompetence of deep vein of double vein deformity

本文报道16例双股静脉畸形的原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全患者的治疗经验。全组16例中(16条患肢),均有明显的静脉高压临床表现。深静脉顺行造影和经皮胭静脉插管造影,确诊为深静脉倒流性病变,且股静脉呈双支畸形。作者等将股静脉双支畸形通过造影进行分组、分级,并应用不同的深静脉重建手段手术治疗,取得了良好的效果。术后患者下肢症状消失,肿胀消退,溃疡愈合。

This article reports the author's experience in treat- ing the primary valvalar incompetence of deep vein of 16 cases of double femoral vein deformities.All of these cas- es had remarkable symptoms of venous hypertension.By means of deep vein ascending venography and percuta- neous trnspopliteal venography,these cases were ap- proved double femoral vein deformities.These authors grouped and classify the cases by venography and treated by various Surgical methodes of vein reconstruction.Re- sults:the clinical symptom such as swelling and ulcer of low extremities disappeared postoperatively.
