进展期胃癌术后早期表阿霉素腹腔内化疗(附18例报告)

Early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy with epirubicin in the advanced gastric cancer

作者用表阿霉素对18例进展期胃癌行术后早期腹腔内化疗,无1例发生吻合口瘘、十二指肠残端瘘、腹腔内出血、腹膜炎、膈下脓肿、肠间隙脓肿及肠梗阻等并发症,无化疗副作用,近期疗效较满意。

A total of 18 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated by early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy(EPIC)with epirubicin.There were no complications such as anastomotic leakage,fistula of duo- denal stump,intra-abdominal hemorrage,peritonitis,and intestinal obstruction.The results of this preliminary study indicate that EPIC with epirubiein in advanced gastric cancer resected radically or palliatively is feasible and favours patients in preventing postoperative tumor recurrence for its pharmacokinetic advantage.
