Miles术后骶前持续灌洗预防会阴切口感染

Continued lavage of the pelvic space after Miles's operation for preventing infection of the perineal wound.

作者自1985年以来,对106例直肠癌 Miles 术后采用骶前持续灌洗预防会阴切口感染。在术中无直肠或/和阴道破损的92例中,会阴切口一期愈合者89例(96.7%)。术中有直肠或/和阴道破损的14例中,会阴切口一期愈合10例(71.4%)。全组会阴切口的一期愈合率为93.3%。文中对目前处理会阴切口的几种疗法进行了归纳和比较,并对骶前持续灌洗在预防会阴切口感染中的作用机理进行了讨论。

This paper presented the experience in 106 patients with continued lavage of the pelvic space after Miles's operation to prevent infection of the perineal wound. This technique resulted in primary perineal wound heal- ing in 96.7% of all the patients without rupture of the rectum or/and vagina during opration and in 71.4% of all the patients with rupture of the rectum or/and vagina during operation.Total primary wound healing rate had achieved in 93.3%.The different methods in manage- ment of the perineal wound after Miles's operation was compared and the mechanism of action of continued lavage of pelvic space for preventing infection of perineal wound was discussed.
