Diagnosis and Treatment of Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome:A Report of 35 Cases

作者1980年至1992年间,共诊治 Klippel-Trenaunay 综合征35例。男性14例,女性21例。平均年龄28.6岁。35例临床均有患肢骨、软组织肥大,皮肤血管痣(瘤)和异常浅静脉曲张三联症。根据静脉造影结果,本综合征可分为单纯性浅静脉异常型、深静脉异常型、海绵状血管瘤样扩张型和混合型四型。鉴于本综合征症状复杂多样特征,血管外科手术或矫正术的指征与方法应慎重考虑。

Thirty-five patients with Klippel-Trenaunay syn- drome were admitted into our hospital between 1980 and 1992.Classic triad,hypertrophy of soft tissue and bone in the extremity,hemiogiama and varicosity without evi- dence of arteriovenous fistulae was presented in 14 male and 21 female.The venopathy was divided into four types:simple abnormal superficial vein,abnormal deep vein,cavernous hemangioma and mixed venopathy.The indication for vascular and orthopedic operation should be carefully considered,since the etiology is unclear and symptoms are variable.Varicotomies with or without cor- recting abnormal superficial and deep vein were under- taken in 11 patients with improved symptoms in 8.
