闭孔疝

Obturator hernia:report of 43 patients

作者报告了闭孔疝４３例４５个疝，患者多为瘦弱、多次妊娠的农妇，４２例表现为小肠梗阻（９７．７％），１５个疝术前凭Ｈｏｗｓｈｉｐ－Ｒｏｍｂｅｇ征提示诊断（３３．３％），１例因闭孔膀胱滑疝误诊为腹股沟斜疝。全部病例均经手术治愈，无死亡，平均随访１７．４年无复发。

Forty-three patients with a total of 45 obtu- rator hernias were reported in this article.Most patients were elderly emaciated women and have been pregnant for many times.42 patients (97.7%) presented with mechanical small bowel obstruction.15 hernias (33.3%)were diagnosed according to Howship-Romberg sign preopera- tively.One patient with sliding obturator hernia was misdiagnosed as inguinal oblique hernia.All patients were cured by operation without mortal- ity,and followed-up for an average of 17.4 years with no recurrence.
